Ready to learn the history, philosophy, and practice of an experienced professional in the test prep industry?
Meet Ashley Boggs, the owner of Problem-Solving Math, LLC located in Parkersburg, WV. She holds multiple degrees and teaching licenses in elementary education, secondary mathematics and science education, and school administration with a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. A National Test Prep Association member, Ashley is also the only ACT-Certified Educator in the region and helps students reach their test score goals to earn college admittance and scholarships.
Before opening the tutoring center in 2020, Ashley taught middle school math for several years but actually started tutoring others when she was in middle school. Currently, academic math tutoring and test prep are provided to learners of all ages through individual, small group, and virtual settings. Ashley enjoys helping students build a solid foundation and confidence in their abilities and problem-solving skills. Resource development and sharing instructional strategies that work have become additional ways for her to contribute to the educational field. The “aha” moments witnessed, scholarship offers celebrated, and referrals received are the best motivators as she continues to build a practice preparing her community’s students and virtual students around the country for their next steps.
